At 5 o'clock on the morning of the 24th, all the participants who participated in the development training had gathered in the company downstairs early. After the staff gathered, under the leadership of the school instructor Zhang Boyu, everyone went to the training base with high spirits. - Rizhao third beach.
Due to traffic jams on the road, the trip was delayed and the destination was reached at approximately 11 noon. After getting off the train, all the students began to get busy. Everyone made dumplings together. This situation is like a big family in the New Year, and it is fun. Half an hour later, the steaming, delicious dumplings were served on the table, and everyone was very happy.
After a short break at noon, everyone walked to the beach. The turbulent sea waves wave after wave, let everyone's passions rush all of a sudden, the school members immediately invested in the expansion training.
This expansion training includes a total of six projects: “Lianyi Six Passes”, “One-stop Field”, “Manual Hand Foot”, “Comparative Words”, “Six-legged Connection” and “Tear-Off Brand”. All the participants in the expansion training are divided into four groups - the Wolves, the Progressive Team, the Invincible Team, and the Superman Team. Before the training, the teams shouted the slogan of this group, creating a positive and happy team atmosphere. Under the leadership of four coaches, the four teams will focus on challenging themselves and creating excellence.
Lianlu Six Pass Project: Each group assigns good personnel to complete the corresponding project. After the first pass is completed, the second pass can be carried out, and so on! Hand over with the baton and win with the least amount of time.
First off: Stretch the rubber band in the rubber band, hand the baton in your hand to the teammate and complete the problem, the correct answer is completed.
The second level: After the team made the elephant's nose turn for 10 laps, put the right-foot shoes into the basket and pass the shot.
The third level: the game team and another group of players to play the stone scissors cloth game, the winner holds the cup splashing water, the loser takes the tool block, splashing the other three times to pass.
The fourth level: the team members will carry out the lap, and the four sets will pass.

One-stop field project: The first four players in each group will put the baton into the field character in turn, and the rear players will adjust in turn. Matching guessing items: Each team sends a person to look at the topic for comparison. The rest of the people guess the words. The person who is planning can't say the words contained in the title. The team that guessed more in the same time wins.
Six-legged connected project: A team of 6 members separated the legs to the maximum extent. Each person's feet were connected to the feet. For 15 seconds, the team with the longest length won.
Tearing brand-name items: The game is divided into four groups. Each group of clothes has different colors. It is divided into four colors. Each person has his own scientific name on the back and is called a famous brand. It is required to use a sports battle or a frontal battle without hurting the other party. If you try to tear off the famous brand on the back of the opponent, you will be the winner. In the first round, the four groups decided to confront the opponent. The second round was played by two winning teams and won the championship.
After the training, the students have more life feelings.
