The melting point of nylon 6 is 220°C, and the melting point of nylon 66 is 260°C. However, there is no difference in the temperature conditions of the carpet. Compared with nylon 66, the lower melting point makes nylon 6 have better resilience and resistance. Fatigue and thermal stability, besides what are the reasons for nylon wheels?
1. Color fastness: Color fastness is not a characteristic of nylon. It is a dye in nylon, not nylon itself, which disappears in light.
2. Abrasion resistance and dust resistance: Nylon is slightly better in terms of color retention and velvet abrasion resistance, and there is no difference in dust resistance between the two.
3. Cleanability and antifouling: The influence of these two properties is the shape of the fiber cross section and the antifouling treatment on the back, and the strength and hardness of the fiber itself have little effect on cleaning and antifouling.
