Going forward and improving skills, people-oriented team - the company carries out a series of training

In order to fully implement the company's work plan and deployment of “three teams” in 2018, we will implement training, promote management and improve performance into practical actions. Recently, the company has held 5S management, elevator business knowledge, quality management and other aspects of training, nearly 200 employees of the company's functional departments participated in the training.

Ge Renqiang, the deputy general manager of the company, made a mobilization speech before the training event. He asked the employees of various departments to actively and conscientiously invest in this training activity, and strive to gain something in combination with their own work and use it in future work.

The 5S management concept and management model originated from Japan, including five items: “finishing, rectifying, cleaning, cleaning and literacy”. In the training, easy-to-understand cases, contrasting photos and interactive questions, let everyone understand and learn the application and importance of 5S in work and life.

In conjunction with the company's main business, the person in charge of the technical department introduced the basic knowledge of the elevator and led everyone to the company's teaching experiment elevator to conduct field visits and study, so that everyone can understand the relevant business knowledge more intuitively. The person in charge of the manufacturing department leads everyone to the production site to understand the complete production process of the product from raw materials to finished products and highlight relevant parameters and processes.

The company has developed a scientific process for quality feedback from customers. In order to let the relevant staff master the workflow, the person in charge of the quality department gave a detailed lecture to the relevant knowledge and carried out a key analysis in light of the problems in the actual operation.
